Originally from New York City, I attended film school at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena CA.  It was there and in successive years as a commercial and feature director of photography where I’ve developed my craft in the art of lighting and camera and its role in telling a story. 

I thrive on the investigation of light and it's physical properties; how light shapes people, architecture, and nature in life. I continue to develop and nurture a passion for recreating the beauty and drama I see in real life on screen, as the narrative element of light in story telling is what truly drives me most. Lastly, the collaboration with a Director and the various key departments that go into bringing a project to life are what its all about
